Description
A photo of CSO (left), Subaru (center) and Keck (right). A passing car's tail lights cast a red light on the side of the telescopes. Keck is using its adaptive optics laser to aid in creating sharper images. This is a long exposure revealing the motion of the sky, as it revolves around Polaris (the north star). A meteor can be seen just to the right of Keck Observatory.
